Model: HY035BL002-54IC-06A
A 3.45 inch IPS module in the classic 4:3 aspect ratio, built for handheld game consoles, retro gaming devices and portable emulation hardware. Games written for 4:3 screens fill this panel edge to edge — no pillarboxing, no stretched sprites, no compromise on the look the original hardware was designed around.
At 640×480 across 3.45 inches, the display works out to roughly 232 pixels per inch. Pixel art stays crisp, text in menus and RPG dialogue stays readable, and the full viewing angle of the IPS panel keeps colors stable however the player holds the device.

4:3 is the point. Retro titles, emulators and many indie games are authored at 4:3. A 640×480 panel maps those frames cleanly, and integer-friendly resolutions keep scaling artifacts to a minimum.
IPS with a Normally Black panel. Colors and contrast hold across the full viewing angle, which matters on a device that is rarely held straight, and the normally black structure keeps dark scenes properly dark rather than grey.
RGB interface, and alternatives on request. This model ships with a parallel RGB interface, the straightforward choice for the application processors used in handheld consoles. MIPI, LVDS and SPI versions of our small displays are available where your SoC calls for them, and our engineers help match the driver solution to your board.
Thin and compact. At 2.95 mm and 76.45 × 63.45 mm, the module fits the tight stack of a handheld shell, leaving room for a battery, board and cooling.
Over 60% of the modules we ship are customized. For this display we can adapt cover glass shape, thickness, printing and openings; optical bonding, with or without a capacitive touch panel; FPC length, shape and pin definition; backlight brightness and driving; and interface definition.
Optical bonding removes the air gap behind the cover glass, which reduces reflection under room lighting, deepens contrast and adds impact strength — worth considering on a device that gets carried, dropped and played in the back of a car.
Every module is produced under an IATF 16949 quality system in our own factory in Shanggao, Jiangxi, in 4,000 m² of Class 1,000 cleanroom. Each unit is 100% lighting-tested before shipment, and new designs are validated with high- and low-temperature cycling, damp-heat aging, ESD, drop and vibration testing. Our factory also holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IECQ QC 080000 certification, and all modules comply with RoHS, with third-party reports available on request.
Handheld game consoles and retro gaming handhelds, portable emulation devices, tabletop and mini arcade machines, game controllers with built-in screens, and 4:3 instrument or terminal panels.
Send us your shell drawing, SoC and interface, cover glass and touch requirement, target refresh rate and estimated annual quantity. Our engineers will confirm the specification, quote the module and arrange samples — built on the same automated lines used for mass production.
