Model: HE036BL001-30IP-20A
For a century, vehicle instruments have been round. Riders expect a circular speedometer; boat and machine operators expect a round gauge face. This 3.6 inch round IPS module lets you digitise that instrument without redesigning the housing around a rectangular screen — the display fills the circular bezel completely, so the product keeps the shape its users recognise while gaining live graphics, trip data, warnings and navigation.

It fits the bezel you already have. A rectangular screen behind a round opening wastes area and forces black corners into the design. A round panel uses the full circle, so gauge arcs, ring scales and rotating needles render the way an analogue instrument does.
Analogue look, digital content. The same display can show a classic needle dial at startup and switch to trip computer, battery state or navigation — without changing the shape of the instrument.
IPS, Normally Black. Riders and operators read instruments from above and at an angle, never straight on. IPS holds color and contrast across the full viewing angle, and the normally black structure keeps dark gauge faces properly dark rather than grey.
LVDS for a robust link. A differential LVDS interface tolerates longer cable runs and electrically noisy environments better than a parallel bus — useful when the cluster sits away from the controller, behind a handlebar pod or inside a machine cab.
Built solid. At 7.75 mm the module is deliberately more substantial than our consumer-format displays, suited to the mounting and sealing arrangements used in vehicle instruments.
Round instruments need round glass. We supply this module with custom circular cover glass cut to your bezel, with printed borders, scale markings, brand logos and openings for indicator LEDs or buttons, optically bonded to the display.
Optical bonding removes the air gap behind the cover glass, which cuts reflection under direct sun, deepens contrast and strengthens the front surface — all relevant on an instrument exposed to daylight, weather and vibration. A capacitive touch panel can be integrated in the same stack where the interface calls for it.
FPC length, shape and pin definition, backlight brightness and interface definition can all be adapted, with MIPI, RGB and SPI options available across our range.
Our Shanggao factory is certified to IATF 16949:2016 by Zhong An FCAV International, with a scope covering the design and manufacture of liquid crystal display modules. We also hold ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IECQ QC 080000 certification, and all modules comply with RoHS, with third-party test reports available for your supplier qualification.
Every unit is 100% lighting-tested before shipment, and new designs are validated with high- and low-temperature cycling, damp-heat aging, ESD, drop and vibration testing before mass production.
Motorcycle and scooter instrument clusters, retro and cruiser-style dashboards, e-bike and electric motorcycle gauges, marine and powersports instruments, agricultural and construction machine gauges, industrial round meters, and round smart home or appliance dials.
Send us your bezel diameter and cover glass artwork, interface, required operating temperature range, brightness target and estimated annual quantity. Our engineers will confirm the specification, quote the module and arrange samples — built on the same automated lines used for mass production.
