Huaming is a consumer LCD module manufacturer in China, supplying TFT displays to leading Chinese appliance and consumer-electronics brands and to customers in the USA and Germany. Every consumer electronics LCD module we make is cut, bonded, assembled and tested in-house at our factory in Shanggao, Jiangxi, with 1 million modules of monthly capacity.

Most consumer products need a small TFT LCD display module, and over half of our 53 standard models are 4.3″ or smaller. The range runs from 0.96″ to 10.1″, with IPS options for wide viewing angles and modules as thin as 1.5 mm. Interfaces include SPI and QSPI for compact battery-powered devices, MCU and RGB for mainstream designs, and MIPI and LVDS for higher resolutions.

Shape is part of the product. For smart speakers, home hubs and wall panels, our smart home LCD display module line includes square IPS displays such as 3.95″ and 4.7″ 720×720, and bar-type screens from 3.69″ 172×640 to 7.84″ 400×1280 and 8.8″ 480×1920. These formats give appliances and smart devices a modern look without a fully custom glass.

When a standard model does not fit, we build a custom LCD display for consumer products. Over 60% of our output is customized in outline, glass size, FPC length and shape, connector position and backlight brightness, and optical bonding is available on 2 full-lamination lines for better contrast and a sturdier front surface.

Every new design is validated with high-temperature/high-humidity, thermal shock, salt spray and ESD tests before mass production. Our factory works under an IATF 16949 quality system, holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IECQ QC 080000 certification, and all modules comply with RoHS.
