Model: HET062BL004-40IF-20A
A 6.2 inch widescreen IPS module built for equipment that runs all day: operator panels, PLC HMIs, test instruments, patient monitors and portable medical devices. The 1024×600 panel gives enough room for a full control layout — live values, trend graphs and a menu column side by side — without moving up to a 7 inch housing.
The full viewing angle is what matters most here. An operator standing beside a machine, or a clinician glancing at a monitor from the bedside, sees the same colors and contrast as someone looking straight on.

RGB666 keeps integration simple. An 18-bit parallel RGB interface drives 262,144 colors — more than enough for HMI graphics, waveforms, gauges and photo-quality icons — while using fewer data lines than a 24-bit bus. It connects directly to the industrial SoCs and MCUs already used in control boards, with no bridge IC required.
IPS, Normally Black. Colors and contrast stay stable across the full viewing angle, so readings look the same from every position around a machine or a bed. The normally black structure keeps dark backgrounds genuinely dark, which suits the dark-theme interfaces common in monitoring equipment.
Sized between 5 and 7 inches. At 160.6 × 101 mm, this module fills the gap for panels where a 7 inch screen will not fit but a 5 inch one is too small to show a full layout.
Steady image quality across batches. High-stability liquid crystal materials and an evenly tuned backlight keep brightness uniform across the panel and consistent from lot to lot, with no flicker and reliable low-temperature start-up.
The module can be supplied with a capacitive touch panel optically bonded to the display, forming a single display-and-touch assembly. Optical bonding removes the air gap behind the cover glass, reducing reflection under workshop lighting or examination lamps, deepening contrast and adding strength to the front surface — useful on panels that are wiped down or pressed thousands of times.
Over 60% of the modules we ship are customized. For this display we can adapt cover glass shape, thickness, printing and openings; FPC length, shape and pin definition; backlight brightness and driving; and interface definition, with MIPI, LVDS and SPI options available across our range.
Every module is produced under an IATF 16949 quality system in our own factory in Shanggao, Jiangxi, in 4,000 m² of Class 1,000 cleanroom. Each unit is 100% lighting-tested before shipment, and new designs are validated with high- and low-temperature cycling, damp-heat aging, ESD, drop and vibration testing.
Our factory also holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IECQ QC 080000 certification, and all modules comply with RoHS, with third-party test reports available for your technical file. As a component supplier we do not certify finished devices — approvals such as IEC 60601 remain with the equipment manufacturer — but we provide the component documentation your regulatory and quality teams need.
Industrial HMIs and operator panels, PLC and automation controllers, test and measurement instruments, power monitoring equipment, patient monitors, infusion pumps, portable diagnostic devices, and laboratory instruments.
Send us your drawing, interface, required operating temperature range, brightness target, touch requirement and estimated annual quantity. Our engineers will confirm the specification, quote the module and arrange samples — built on the same automated lines used for mass production.
