Model: HM018BL007
A 1.8 inch square IPS module for the small end of industrial and medical equipment: handheld meters, portable diagnostic devices, sensor heads, control knobs, gas detectors and panel-mounted indicators. The square 360×360 format suits circular gauges, dial interfaces and icon-driven layouts far better than a small rectangular screen with wasted margins.
At roughly 283 pixels per inch, readings, units and warning icons stay sharp at close range — the distance at which handheld instruments are actually read.

SPI keeps the board simple. A serial interface carries the image over a handful of lines, so the display connects to the low-pin-count MCUs used in instruments, sensors and battery-powered devices — no parallel bus, no bridge IC, less routing on a crowded board.
Square is the right shape for a gauge. Dial faces, circular gauges and centered readouts fill a square panel completely. A rectangular display of the same diagonal wastes area on margins the interface never uses.
1.73 mm thin, 50 mm across. Small enough to sit behind the front face of a handheld instrument or inside a control knob, with room left for the board and battery.
IPS, Normally Black. Readings stay legible whatever angle the instrument is held at, and the normally black structure keeps dark backgrounds genuinely dark — the layout most instrument interfaces use.
Stable across batches. High-stability liquid crystal materials and an evenly tuned backlight keep brightness uniform and consistent from lot to lot, with no flicker and reliable low-temperature start-up.
A capacitive touch panel can be optically bonded to the display for a single display-and-touch assembly. Optical bonding removes the air gap behind the cover glass, cutting reflection under workshop or examination lighting, deepening contrast and strengthening the front surface of a device that gets handled all day.
Over 60% of the modules we ship are customized. For this display we can adapt cover glass shape, thickness, printing and openings; FPC length, shape and pin definition; backlight brightness and driving; and interface definition, with QSPI, RGB and MIPI options available across our small-format range.
Every module is produced under an IATF 16949 quality system in our own factory in Shanggao, Jiangxi, in 4,000 m² of Class 1,000 cleanroom. Each unit is 100% lighting-tested before shipment, and new designs are validated with high- and low-temperature cycling, damp-heat aging, ESD, drop and vibration testing.
Our factory also holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IECQ QC 080000 certification, and all modules comply with RoHS, with third-party test reports available for your technical file. As a component supplier we do not certify finished devices — approvals such as IEC 60601 remain with the equipment manufacturer — but we provide the component documentation your regulatory and quality teams need.
Handheld test and measurement instruments, gas and environmental detectors, sensor heads and transmitters, industrial control knobs and rotary encoders, panel-mounted status indicators, portable medical devices, pulse oximeters and glucose meters, and compact IoT terminals.
Send us your drawing, interface, required operating temperature range, brightness target, touch requirement and estimated annual quantity. Our engineers will confirm the specification, quote the module and arrange samples — built on the same automated lines used for mass production.
