Most industrial HMIs use 3.5″ to 10.1″ screens. Our standard range includes a 4.3″ 480×272 RGB module for compact controllers, a 7.0″ 800×480 RGB module for operator panels and a 10.1″ 1280×800 LVDS module for larger control stations, with MIPI and MCU options also available.

For panels near windows or under strong overhead lights, we offer high-brightness and sunlight-readable designs. Optical bonding on our 2 full-lamination lines reduces internal reflection and adds strength against knocks on the shop floor.

Every machine has its own panel cutout, so over 60% of the modules we ship are customized. Our engineers adjust outline, glass size, FPC length and shape, connector position, mounting structure and backlight brightness to fit your enclosure and controller — no redesign of your housing required.

Consistency matters as much as performance. Cutting, polarizer attaching, COG/FOG bonding and backlight assembly all run on automated lines in 4,000 m² of Class 1,000 cleanroom, and every module passes automatic particle inspection before it leaves the factory.

Our Shanggao factory works under an IATF 16949 automotive quality system, the same discipline car makers demand, and also holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IECQ QC 080000 certification. All modules comply with RoHS, with third-party reports available for your approvals.
