Automotive TFT LCD Display

Automotive and two-wheeler displays built under an IATF 16949 quality system — from center displays to bar-type clusters, customized and tested in our own factory.
Automotive Solution

Displays Built to the Automotive Standard

In-vehicle displays face bright sunlight, temperature swings and years of vibration, and automotive buyers expect a supplier to prove its quality system, not just promise it. As an automotive LCD module supplier certified to IATF 16949, we design and build TFT displays for cars, motorcycles and electric two-wheelers entirely in-house.

Automotive programs run for five years or more, so buyers assess a display supplier’s financial stability as closely as its technology. Our display group has grown steadily since it was founded in Shenzhen in 2011, reaching group sales of RMB 1 billion in 2025.

That growth funds real capacity. In 2024 the group invested RMB 100 million in our Shanggao TFT module factory, with 4,000 m² of Class 1,000 cleanroom, automated cutting, polarizer attaching and bonding lines, and 2 optical bonding lines. Monthly capacity reaches 1 million modules, and a fully fitted third floor is ready for expansion, so a car display module program can scale without changing supplier mid-lifecycle.

Our catalog includes dedicated automotive models, a 7.0″ 800×480 TN module and an 8.0″ 800×480 module, alongside display types that suit vehicle cabins. Sunlight-readable options at 2.4″, 3.5″, 4.3″ and 7.0″ handle direct sun on motorcycle and e-bike dashboards. Anti-glare 7.0″ modules in MVA and TN reduce reflections in bright cabins. Bar-type screens such as 7.84″ 400×1280 and 8.8″ 480×1920 suit digital instrument clusters and stretched center displays.

Optical bonding on our 2 full-lamination lines removes the air gap behind the cover glass, cutting internal reflection in sunlight and adding strength to the front of the display.

Quality System

IATF 16949 Certified Quality

Our Shanggao factory is certified to IATF 16949:2016 by Zhong An FCAV International, with a scope covering the design and manufacture of liquid crystal display modules. It is the quality management standard used across the automotive supply chain, and it governs how we plan, build, inspect and improve every module we ship.

The factory also holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IECQ QC 080000 hazardous-substance process management certification. All modules comply with RoHS, and third-party test reports are available for your supplier qualification.

Every new design is validated in our in-house reliability lab with high-temperature/high-humidity, high-temperature storage, thermal shock, constant temperature-humidity, salt spray and ESD tests before mass production. Automatic particle inspection and three-in-one automatic dispensing help keep defects out of bonded modules.

Typical automotive configurations we supply:

Application Model Resolution Interface
Center displays & head units 7.0″ automotive TFT (TN) 800×480 24-bit RGB
Monitors in bright cabins 7.0″ anti-glare TFT (MVA) 800×480 24-bit RGB
Digital instrument clusters 7.8″ bar-type IPS 400×1280 MIPI
Motorcycle & e-bike dashboards 4.3″ sunlight-readable TFT 480×272 On request

To start, send us your drawing or target model, interface, required operating temperature range, brightness target and estimated annual volume, and let us know if your program requires PPAP documentation. Our engineers will recommend a standard or custom design and prepare samples.
