Common medical sizes in our range run from compact 2.4″ screens for handheld meters to 10.1″ 1280×800 IPS panels for bedside monitors.
Medical housings are compact and tightly specified, so over 60% of the modules we ship are customized. Our engineers adjust outline, glass size, FPC length and shape, connector position and backlight brightness so the display fits your enclosure without redesigning the device around it.
Optical bonding on our 2 full-lamination lines removes the air gap between the cover glass and the LCD. That reduces internal reflection under bright examination lights, prevents fogging from condensation and gives the front surface extra strength.
For portable and battery-powered equipment such as pulse oximeters and handheld monitors, we offer small IPS modules with QSPI and MCU interfaces that keep integration simple for your electronics team.

Our Shanggao factory works under an IATF 16949 quality system and holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IECQ QC 080000 hazardous-substance process management certification. All modules comply with RoHS, and third-party test reports are available for your technical file.
As a display component supplier, we do not certify finished medical devices. Device-level approvals such as IEC 60601 testing or FDA clearance remain with the device manufacturer. What we provide is the component documentation, certificates and engineering support your regulatory team needs to complete that process.
Typical medical configurations we supply:
| Application | Size & Type | Resolution | Interface |
|---|---|---|---|
| Wearable health monitors | 1.46″ IPS TFT | 360×360 | QSPI |
| Handheld meters & oximeters | 2.4″ TFT | 240×320 | MCU |
| Infusion pumps & portable monitors | 3.5″ IPS TFT | 640×480 | RGB |
| Bedside patient monitors | 10.1″ IPS TFT | 1280×800 | LVDS |
To start, send us your drawing or target model, interface, viewing and lighting conditions, cleaning or disinfection method and estimated annual volume. Our engineers will recommend a standard module or a custom design and prepare samples for your evaluation.
